Problem Note 44858: "ERROR : Invalid credentials" when attempting to produce OLAP cubes in SAS® Credit Risk Management for Banking with external user

Attempts to produce OLAP cubes using an external user account in SAS® Credit Risk Management for Banking might fail with one or more of the following errors in the analysis task log:

ERROR: Invalid credentials ERROR: Access denied. ERROR: Error authenticating user <machine-name> in function LogonUser. Error 1326 (Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. ).

As a workaround, use an internal user account or an Active Directory user account in the UPN form (for example user@company.com) when producing OLAP cubes.
